Maintenance Manager
Pay: £2,000.00 - £2,500.00 per month
Job description
We are looking for a reliable and practical Maintenance Person to help maintain a portfolio of short-term rental properties in Liverpool. The role involves carrying out general repairs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring properties are kept in good condition for guest stays.
You will be responsible for responding to urgent maintenance issues, completing monthly routine upkeep, and working alongside with our team to ensure the properties are well maintained
Responsibilities

Carry out general maintenance and repairs across multiple Airbnb properties, situated in city centre, wavertree, aigburth, sefton park

Diagnose and fix common issues such as plumbing leaks, electrical faults, appliance issues, and furniture repairs.

Perform routine checks to ensure properties are safe and fully operational for guests

Replace fixtures, fittings, and household items where needed

Basic painting, sealing, and cosmetic repairs

Keep simple records of work completed and materials purchased/used

Work with the operations team to prioritise urgent guest issues
Requirements

Experience in property maintenance, handyman work, or similar roles

Basic knowledge of general repairs and decorating skills

Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs efficiently, or recognise when a specialist is required

Good organisation and time management

Ability to work independently across multiple locations

Full UK driving licence

Chef/Catering Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and practical professional Sous/Head Chef to support our serviced accommodation business at Flatzy. The role involves preparing high-quality meals for guests, managing kitchen operations where required, and ensuring a consistent, high-standard food offering across our properties and projects. You will be responsible for preparing meals efficiently, maintaining hygiene standards, and working alongside our team to deliver a great guest experience.
Responsibilities

Prepare drop-off ready and rich quality meals for guests staying in our serviced accommodation properties.

Creating seasonal menus and tailoring dishes to meet guest dietary requirements, preferences, and allergies.

Sourcing quality, local, and seasonal ingredients while optimizing food costs by liaising with local suppliers.

Setting up systems for ordering, payments, and customer experience which are essential foundations for any new business verticals.

Ensuring compliance, including relevant licences, food safety and insurance

Managing inventory and ensuring the kitchen meets profitability targets.

Reliability in a time-sensitive, guest-facing environment by delivering high-quality, memorable dining experiences.

Adaptability to varying guest needs and schedules.

The ability to integrate with accommodation operations.

Consistency in delivering a standard aligned with the brand.

Work with the operations team to coordinate timings and guest requirements
Requirements

Must have 3+ experience as a Sous/Head Chef in a catering or in private dining

Ability to work efficiently, confidently and independently

Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen organisation and must have at least level 2 food and hygiene certification.

Experience of building new business verticals or additional revenue models.

Ability to manage time effectively, especially during busy periods

Reliable and consistent with a strong work ethic

Knowledge of local suppliers and varied cuisines
